If for any reason you are not completely

satisfied with your purchase please return 

the item/s purchased within - 30 days from the date of receipt of purchase unused and in original packaging for US Customers / 60 days for International Customers - for a refund or exchange. Shipping cost are not 

refundable. Custom design work is not exchangeable or refundable. Custom design deposits are not refundable after design/artwork and construction have commenced. All artwork, ideas, and custom work is the property of J. ANNA HUBBARD, artist until released by a bill of sale or receipt signed by me J. ANNA HUBBARD.
